The legislation regarding Asbestos states that every non-domestic and some domestic premises (local authorities, housing associations and social housing management companies) require the duty holder to assess the likelihood of the presence of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) and how they are going to manage the risk from the presence of Asbestos.
